Delivery Time:
Orders are usually delivered within 4–8 working days after confirmation.

Payment Method:
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is only possible if the article received is damaged or defective. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags intact and returned in its original packaging. Articles purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, please contact us on our official Instagram page and provide complete details along with pictures of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return address. After we receive the returned article and verify its condition, the replacement piece will be dispatched.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform our customer service before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as we process and ship orders promptly to avoid delivery delays.
